structure
The powder-coated aluminium kit features posts with a cross-section of 11 x 11 cm and a rounded front. The structure is characterised by distinctive profile lines.
The gutter is integrated into the purlin.
Roof covering
The roof cladding consists of 10 mm-thick laminated safety glass (LSG). This involves permanently bonding two sheets of flat glass together using a tear-resistant plastic film. In the event of breakage, this structure reduces the risk of falling glass shards and contributes to improved sound insulation.
The glass allows a high level of daylight to enter with only minimal light attenuation, thus creating a bright, open atmosphere beneath the canopy. Furthermore, the material is characterised by its high dimensional stability.
The glass panels are 105 cm wide and divided centrally along their depth. They are secured using aluminium profiles with EPDM lip seals, which are designed to hold the glass elements securely in place.
Delivery is only available within Germany. For logistical reasons, the glass is delivered separately.
Bracing
The building kit includes galvanized flat-steel post anchors. They are screwed into the support, embedded in concrete and ensure secure connection to the subsurface.
