The Emsland 340 x 604 cm carport with EPDM roof combines a robust structure in a classic design with high-quality roofing and is the ideal solution for protecting vehicles, motorbikes or as a covered parking area. The stable structure made of glued laminated timber (glued laminated timber) from Nordic spruce ensures high dimensional stability and low cracking. The factory treatment in walnut preserves the natural appearance of the wood and protects against UV and moisture damage.

- Weather protection: Surfaces flooded with glaze twice on all sides at the factory reduce swelling and shrinkage behaviour; repair glaze for cut and assembly surfaces included.
- Exterior dimensions 340 x 604 cm: Offers enough space for one vehicle or two smaller vehicles / additional storage space.
- Posts 12 x 12 cm: Robust posts including H-post anchors for secure anchoring in the foundations.
- High-quality roof boarding: 19 mm roof boarding with fully bonded EPDM foil - durable, stretchable and UV-resistant
- Wooden facing with aluminium end edge: Aesthetic detail and additional protection for the end edges.
- Including rain gutter with downpipe: Galvanised, anthracite-coated metal, installation accessories included; also available in white on request.
- Post anchoring: Including 60 cm H-post anchor made of galvanised flat steel for setting in concrete in point foundations to be created on site.
The kit is pre-treated at the factory so that you can start assembly immediately after delivery. An enclosed repair quantity of glaze enables the professional post-treatment of drilling and cutting points. For an additional finish, we recommend light sanding and a coat of high-quality glaze after installation.
The EPDM roofing membrane is laid in one piece and cold-bonded - this type of covering is particularly suitable for low-sloped roofs and impresses with its high resistance to weathering, long service life and low maintenance requirements. The scope of delivery includes all the materials required for professional installation of the roof covering.
Installation and service: The kit is supplied including all necessary fixings and H-anchors. We will be happy to provide you with a suitable foundation plan on request - please specify when ordering. Please follow the assembly instructions for the dimensions of the point foundation and the correct installation of the rain gutter (use a suitable hand saw when shortening to avoid rust forming on the cut edges).

Construction
The construction is made of glued laminate timber, consisting of several dried layers, attached to one another with finger-jointing. They are glued onto one another for weather-resistance. This results in a load-bearing beam which is more resistant to warping and less prone to fissures than naturally grown wood.
Color treatment
The color pre-treated parts of the building kit are treated with premium varnish and paint. This protects wood from blue stain and UV damage, as well as from swelling and fading, while still allowing the wooden texture to shine through. At the factory, parts are flow-coated twice on all sides with varnish and the excess subsequently brushed off.
You can begin with assembly immediately upon delivery, there is no need for cumbersome priming and painting. Every building kit includes enough touch-up paint or varnish to repair damage and cover screws and cut surfaces at least two times.
If you wish to further enhance the surface, lightly sand the visible surfaces and coat them with premium varnish or paint after assembly. Traces of storage on all-round color-treated components are due to technical reasons.
Roofing
Roofing consists of 19 mm-thick roof boarding with EPDM foil. EPDM foil is easy to lay, safe and durable roofing for roofs with low pitch. It features long service life, high elasticity, and excellent resistance to UV radiation. It is laid as one piece using cold bonding with the provided adhesive.
Rain gutter
The scope of delivery includes a rain gutter made of galvanised and anthracite-coloured coated metal. The gutter is attached to the carport with sternboard brackets. The gutters are joined together using clamp connectors and the ends are sealed with caps for clamping. Pipes and bends are simply inserted into each other. If gutters or pipes need to be shortened on site, please use a hand saw suitable for steel, not an angle grinder. This will also protect the cut edge from rust.
Would you like a white gutter instead of an anthracite one? No problem. Please make a note of this in your order.
Bracing
The building kit includes 60 cm-long H-post anchors of galvanized flat steel for embedding in concrete in the site-built deep foundation (for size and lay-out see assembly instructions). They firmly connect the posts to the subsurface to ensure high stability.
