A primer coat prior to assembly is not required. Each kit also includes a quantity of wood stain or paint for touching up cut edges, screw holes or any damage caused during assembly. These areas should be treated in accordance with the installation instructions.For a personalised finish, the visible wooden surfaces can be lightly sanded after assembly and treated with a suitable wood stain or paint. The SKAN HOLZ increased snow-load consists of additional rafter triangles that you mount between the existing rafter triangles. In this way you reduce the rafter spacing of the carport and thereby increase the overall load capacity.
