The scope of delivery is determined by the specific product variant selected.ConstructionThe construction is made of solid Nordic fir. We use technically-dried, solid spruce wood, scanned for flaws, sorted and weatherproofed by finger-joint bonding according to length. Small fissures, branches and slight twists reflect the character of the materials used.Colour treatmentThe colour-treated components are coated with a layer of paint at the factory. The coating allows the natural wood grain to remain visible whilst ensuring a uniform surface finish. The components are coated on all sides twice at the factory, after which any excess material is brushed off.Thanks to this factory pre-treatment, the components can be assembled immediately upon delivery. A primer coat prior to assembly is not required. Each kit also includes a quantity of wood stain or paint for touching up cut edges, screw holes or any damage caused during assembly. These areas should be treated in accordance with the installation instructions.For a personalised finish, the visible wooden surfaces can be lightly sanded after assembly and treated with a suitable wood stain or paint. The SKAN HOLZ snow load extension consists of additional rafters that you mount between the existing roof rafters. This reduces the rafter spacing of the carport and increases the overall load-bearing capacity. The number and size of the rafters varies depending on the carport.The snow load increase raises the snow load of the carport to 2.0 kN/m².This snow load increase contains 6 additional rafters and is suitable for the following models:Emsland carport 340 (354) x 846 cmWendland carport 362 x 870 cmSpessart carport 355 x 846 cmColour-treated in whitePlease note:The snow load cannot be retrofitted to the carports.
